OK - something is going on but rumours are that the four Empires are finally showing their hands. Already, Militias are being recruited and logistics being put in place. How does this affect me and my pirate brethren? One word: TARGETS.

Indeed - the way it works is now, each empire has a permanently war-decc'ed NPC corp (called a militia) that you can join, either as a single pilot or as a corp. Once joined, you will have access to agents as per normal BUT most of these missions will be in 'enemy' territory - filled (we hope) with pilots from the opposing militia.
I have already been sitting in one system waiting for these brave militias to turn up.....
