Artist wanted for commissioned work

Wanted: an artist to do a special piece of commissioned work for me; Specifically, character portraits - facial and full-length. Needs to be able to create their own designs and an existing portfolio would be helpful.

Payment will be on successful completion and artist will release all IPR on the picture on full payment.
